About us
EPiC Stump Grinding exists to provide homeowners, commercial property managers, and landscape companies with the absolute highest level of stump grinding service available.
We are an Owner/Operator model which means your property or your customer's property will be managed with the utmost of care.
Our service is turnkey and end-to-end. We can handle the smallest of jobs as well as large commercial projects. We are meticulous about utility line safety and protecting lawns and landscape by using protective matting.

We can spread the stump mulch in your garden beds or haul it away.
In addition to basic stump grinding or stump removal service, we also provide skid steer work as a complement.

What we do
After our initial phone call to discuss your job, I will either provide you with a quote right then over the phone, or we will schedule a time for me to come onsite and study the job firsthand. Either way, I will follow-up immediately with a written quote. The software I use will allow you to authorize the quote electronically from your phone.
If your job site necessitates that we have utilities marked by the county, I will initiate that on your behalf. We will schedule your stump grinding for as soon as possible after the utility markings are in place. If utility markings are not warranted, we will schedule your stump grinding for as soon as possible after you approve the quote.
One of the things I pride myself on is managing the grinding debris to your satisfaction. The stump grinding process leaves wood chips (very close to the wood chips you would buy from a landscape or home improvement store). These can be left in the hole where the stump used to be or spread in garden beds or other locations on your property as a beneficial mulch.
Most customers prefer to leave the wood chips in the stump hole where they can decompose. Others prefer that some of the chips be removed and topsoil be spread over the job site where the stump used to be. We are happy to quote whichever option you prefer.

When the job is complete to your satisfaction you can pay via credit card, cash, or check. For commercial or large jobs, I can send you a bill.
Give me a call to discuss your specific job. I look forward to hearing from you.
